Amend agenda: Withdraw Ordinance O-26-1-101 (Data Centers)
Amend the agenda to withdraw the following item: Item #42 – Ordinance O-26-1-101 - Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, creating Article III of Chapter 26 of the Knox County Code, entitled “Data Centers,” to define, add specific requirements, and provide limitations for Data Centers and Data Center Accessory Uses on first reading.
On January 29, 2026, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda: Withdraw Ordinance O-26-1-101 (Data Centers)” by a vote of 11–0.
