Amend agenda: Defer R-26-1-904 to April 2026
Amend the agenda to defer the following item to the April 2026 meeting: Item #41 – Resolution R-26-1-904 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, affirming local discretion consistent with proposed state law and responding to School Board Legislative Priority #6.
On January 29, 2026, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda: Defer R-26-1-904 to April 2026” by a vote of 11–0.
