Closure of excess right-of-way from Ball Camp Pike Relocation Project
Closure of the remaining excess right-of-way located west of Bailey Farm Drive, north of Schaad Road and east of Parcel 104 05201, which is an outcome of the Ball Camp Pike (Schaad Road) Relocation Project, District 6.
On January 29, 2026, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Closure of excess right-of-way from Ball Camp Pike Relocation Project” by a vote of 10–1.
