CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH BEDFORD, FREEMAN & WORTH PUBLISHING GROUP, LLC, COLLEGE BOARD, INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE ORGANIZATION, SAVVAS LEARNING COMPANY, LLC, AND THE UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE FOR THE PROVISION OF ADVANCED ACADEMIC PROGRAMS FOR THE TERM OF APRIL 1, 2026 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2026, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FIVE (5) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR PERIODS
