CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT ONE TO A CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES FOR THE PROVISION OF TITLE IV-D CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $281,108.05 WITH A LOCAL MATCH REQUIREMENT OF $144,813.24 FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING ON JULY 1, 2026 AND ENDING ON JUNE 30, 2027
