CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A SUB-EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN KNOX COUNTY AND PEACE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC TO CONTINUE LEASING SPACE IN THE SUMMER PLACE FACILITY IN THE ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $268,891.32 WITH A 3% INCREASE REALIZED ANNUALLY FOR THE NEXT TEN (10) YEARS WITH TWO (2) 5-YEAR ADDITIONAL OPTIONS FOR RENEWAL
