CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT FOUR TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES RELATED TO IV-D MAGISTRATE SERVICES FOR THE KNOX COUNTY JUVENILE COURT, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $429,064.02, INCREASES THE LOCAL MATCH REQUIREMENT BY $221,032.98, AND EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT TO END JUNE 30, 2027
