Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Addendum to Contract No. 20-674 with Fifth Asset, Inc., D/B/A Debtbook for the provision of a debt management system, which Addendum provides for an additional Contract Management Module for the term through June 30, 2028.
