Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Two to a Grant Contract with Tennessee Department of Human Services for the provision of licensed child care agency immunization record audits, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Grant Contract by $78,072.50 for a total amount of $234,217.50 and extends the term to end on September 30, 2027 (no application or local match required)
