Approve eminent domain action for Adrian Burnett Elementary School expansion.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an eminent domain action for acquisition of two (2) parcels of land adjacent to Adrian Burnett Elementary School (Parcel 039PB016 known as 4416 Felty Drive and a portion of Parcel 039PB01601 known as 4408 Felty Drive) for the purpose of expanding and improving the school at a cost of $40,000.00
