Approve agreements for homeless services and amendments to Consolidated Plan.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, 1) approving agreements with Community Action Committee ($385,000.00), Volunteer Ministry Center ($175,097.00) and Centro Hispano ($100,000.00) for administering a short-term mortgage, rent and utility assistance program and an agreement with Volunteer Ministry Center ($50,000.00) for operating assistance with the Guest House II; and 2) approving on resubmission Substantial Amendments to Knox County’s 2020 Annual Action Plan and the 2020-2024 Knox County Consolidated Plan to allocate HUD Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds towards homeless services and a short-term mortgage, rent and utility assistance program
