Approve amendment to grant contract with TN Dept of Human Services for child care audits.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment One to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Human Services for the provision of child care agency immunization audits, which amendment extends the term of the contract by one (1) year to September 30, 2021 and increases the maximum liability of the State under the contract by $49,600.00 for a total of $98,700.00 (no local match required)
