Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, expressing support of the proposed U.S. Bicycle Route 21 (USBR 21) through Knox County which will provide a benefit to Knox County by allowing the route to be mapped and signed, thereby promoting bicycle tourism in the County
