Amend agenda to add items R-20-10-110, R-20-10-906, Item #49, and R-20-10-803.

Consideration to amend the agenda to add the following items: Item #18 – Resolution R-20-10-110 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, accepting the resignation of Amanda Rowcliffe (District 4 Seat) from the Knox County Library Advisory Board and appointing Hope Davis to complete the unexpired term of Amanda Rowcliffe on said Board; Item #44 – Resolution R-20-10-906 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Consulting Services Agreement with Stones River Group, LLC in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00 ($5,000.00 per month) plus out-of-pocket expenses to provide government relations services with the State of Tennessee for the term ending October 31, 2021; Item #49 – Discussion item regarding State Legislative Priorities; and Resolution R-20-10-803 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, authorizing an amendment to real property purchase and sale agreement between Knox County and BNA Associates, LLC relating to the Andrew Johnson Building.

On October 26, 2020, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to add items R-20-10-110, R-20-10-906, Item #49, and R-20-10-803.” by a vote of 11–0.
