Amend agenda to defer items R-20-10-410, R-20-10-605, R-20-10-408, R-20-10-409, and Item #48.
Consideration to amend the agenda to defer the following items to the November 2020 Board of Commissioners meeting: Item #29 – Resolution R-20-10-410 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Local Agency Project Agreement with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) for the reconstruction of I-75 at State Route 131 (Emory Road, Exit 112); Item #34 – Resolution R-20-10-605 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Amendment to a grant contract which is between the Tennessee Department of Health and Knox County Government dba Knox County Health Department for the provision of Immunizations. Total contract increase per this amendment is +$280,260 (no local match required); Item #27 – Resolution R-20-10-408 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a professional survey and engineering design proposal from Cannon & Cannon, Inc. in the amount of $122,200.00 for the proposed roundabout at the intersection of Hickory Creek Road at Hardin Valley Road; Item #28 – Resolution R-20-10-409 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Ball Homes, LLC for intersection improvements at Hardin Valley Road, East Gallaher Ferry Road and Hickory Creek Road; and Item #48 – Discussion item to recognize Three Ridges Golf Course for their job well done during the COVID-19 pandemic for Knox County.
On October 26, 2020, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to defer items R-20-10-410, R-20-10-605, R-20-10-408, R-20-10-409, and Item #48.” by a vote of 11–0.
