Consideration of a closure of the southern intersection of West Circle Road at the intersection with Chapman Highway as part of TDOT’s Chapman Highway improvements, Commission District 9 was before the Board of Commissioners on first reading.
On October 26, 2020, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve first reading of southern West Circle Road closure.” by a vote of 11–0.
