Approve rezoning from A to CN for Overbey
Request of Daniel D. and Kimberly Overbey for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial) 10-D-20-RZ was before the Board of Commissioners. Property located at 1615 Choto Road / Parcel ID 162 M C 019, Commission District 5. Commissioner Jay asked if there was any opposition to the request. There was no response. Commissioner Beeler moved to approve 10-D-20-RZ - Request of Daniel D. and Kimberly Overbey for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial) as per Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve CN (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning. Property located at 1615 Choto Road / Parcel ID 162 M C 019, Commission District 5. Commissioner Jay seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Hill, Busler, Beeler, Jay, and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 9-2-0-0. Commissioners Schoonmaker and Dailey voted no.
