Property located at 1702 &1600 Harris Road & 5811 Rutledge Pike / Parcel ID 60 080, 07905, & 07906, Commission District 8. Ms. Amy Brooks, Knoxville-Knox County Planning, was present electronically via Zoom streaming and spoke on the matter. Mr. Benjamin C. Mullins O/B/O USCC Services, LLC, was present electronically via Zoom streaming and spoke on the matter. Commissioner Jay asked if there was any opposition to the request. There was no response. Commissioner Beeler moved to 11-F-20-SP - Request of Benjamin C. Mullins O/B/O Elevation Foods Properties, LLC for Northeast County Sector Plan Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) / GC (General Commercial) to O (Office) as per Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve the Sector Plan amendment to O (Office) land use designation since it would transition between the commercial use to the south and the residential use to the north. Property located at 1702 &1600 Harris Road & 5811 Rutledge Pike / Parcel ID 60 080, 07905, & 07906, Commission District 8. Commissioner Lundy seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay, and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
