Mr. John Valliant, Attorney, representing applicant, Ball Homes, was present electronically via Zoom streaming and spoke on the matter. Mr. Ryan Hickey was present but did not speak. Commissioner Jay asked if there was any opposition to the request. There was no response. Commissioner Hill moved to approve as stated 11-D-20-SP - Request of Waterloo Construction LLC for Northwest County Sector Plan Amendment from TP (Technology Park) / HP (Hillside Protection) to LDR (Low Density Residential)/ HP (Hillside Protection) as per Planning Commission Approve LDR (Low Density Residential) / HP (Hillside Protection) designation because it is consistent with the adjacent development. Property located at 10607 Coward Mill Road / Parcel ID 103 091, Commission District 6. Commissioner Ward seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay, and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
