Accept Dr. Lewis's resignation, appoint Ryan Hickey to TTCDA
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee accepting the resignation of Dr. Ted Lewis from the Tennessee Technology Corridor Development Authority (TTCDA) Board of Commissioners and approving the appointment of Ryan Hickey to complete the unfulfilled term of Dr. Lewis on the TTCDA, which term expires April 30, 2021. (members are nominated by the Governor upon recommendations received from the County Mayor and approved by the Commission) was before the Board of Commissioners. Commissioner Dailey moved to approve R-20-12-111 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee accepting the resignation of Dr. Ted Lewis from the Tennessee Technology Corridor Development Authority (TTCDA) Board of Commissioners and approving the appointment of Ryan Hickey to complete the unfulfilled term of Dr. Lewis on the TTCDA, which term expires April 30, 2021. (members are nominated by the Governor upon recommendations received from the County Mayor and approved by the Commission). Commissioner Lundy seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay, and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
