Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Covenants for Permanent Maintenance of Stormwater Facilities and Best Management Practices with Knox TL Lot Acquisition, LLC for properties located at 864 Valley Glen Blvd. (CLT Parcel # 132-04922) and 0 Millstone Lane (CLT Parcel # 132-04923) in Commission District 5 was before the Board of Commissioners. Commissioner Dailey moved to approve R-20-12-402 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Covenants for Permanent Maintenance of Stormwater Facilities and Best Management Practices with Knox TL Lot Acquisition, LLC for properties located at 864 Valley Glen Blvd. (CLT Parcel # 132-04922) and 0 Millstone Lane (CLT Parcel # 132-04923) in Commission District 5. Commissioner Lundy seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay, and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
