Amend Commission Rules on discretionary funds for outgoing commissioners
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Commission Rules to add a new section to Rule VI entitled “Miscellaneous” regarding the use of discretionary funds by outgoing Commissioners was before the Board of Commissioners. Commissioner Dailey moved to approve R-20-12-904 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Commission Rules to add a new section to Rule VI entitled “Miscellaneous” regarding the use of discretionary funds by outgoing Commissioners. Commissioner Lundy seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay, and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
