Withdraw items regarding Three Ridges Golf Board and TIF application
AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: 3. Commissioner Smith moved to amend the agenda to withdraw the following items: Resolution R-21-1-112 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the Knox County Mayor’s recommendations of Chuck Reynolds, Alan Jack and Les Carr for appointment to the Three Ridges Golf Board; and Resolution R-21-1-903 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, regarding an Application for Tax Increment Financing (TIF) filed with The Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox by CHM Farragut, LLC for a mixed- use retail and residential development on approximately 64 acres located at 11230 Kingston Pike in Farragut, TN. Commissioner Durrett seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay, Biggs, Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker and Hill voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On January 25, 2021, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Withdraw items regarding Three Ridges Golf Board and TIF application” by a vote of 11–0.
