Remove collection services contract from General Government Consent Calendar
AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: 5. Commissioner Smith moved to amend the agenda to remove the following item from the General Government Consent Calendar: Item #51 – Resolution R-21-1-906 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins and Mott, LLP for collection services. Commissioner Durrett seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay, Biggs, Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker and Hill voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On January 25, 2021, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Remove collection services contract from General Government Consent Calendar” by a vote of 11–0.
