Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Amendment to the Defined Services Contract with Volunteer Ministry Center to manage and operate the homeless housing facility for COVID-19 isolation and quarantine, which amendment increases the maximum amount payable by the County to Volunteer Ministry Center under the Contract from $47,000.00 to $266,508.00 was before the Board of Commissioners.
