Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Amendment to Contract Number 12-474 with Branch Banking & Trust Company (BB&T now Truist) for the provision of banking services, which amendment extends the term of the contract to June 30, 2021 was before the Board of Commissioners.
