CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH UNITED ELEVATOR SERVICES, LLC FOR THE PROVISION OF ELEVATOR INSPECTION AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR THE TERM OF MARCH 1, 2021 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28, 2022 WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS NOT TO EXCEED AN ANNUAL COST OF $200,000.00:
