Approve amendment to contract for Lonsdale Elementary School construction
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT 20-314 WITH ROUSE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW LONSDALE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO ALLOW THE GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE TO BE DETERMINED AT FULL COMPLETION OF THE DESIGN PHASE OF THE PROJECT AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE COUNTY WILL ISSUE A NOTICE TO PROCEED TO BEGIN MOBILIZATION AND SITE WORK MARCH 1, 2021 AT A COST OF $3,270,500.00:

Motion to approve R-21-2-208 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Amendment to Contract 20-314 with Rouse Construction Company for the construction of a new Lonsdale Elementary School to allow the Guaranteed Maximum Price to be determined at full completion of the design phase of the project and to provide that the County will issue a Notice to Proceed to begin mobilization and site work March 1, 2021 at a cost of $3,270,500.00.
