Motion to approve R-21-2-209 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment No. 1 to the PACT Agreement with Trane U.S. Inc. for Phase III-C of the Energy Conservation and Infrastructure Improvement Program for Knox County Schools to include a complete LED lighting upgrade for all Knox County School System schools and athletic facilities for a total cost of $26,123,600.00 self-funded through utility savings generated by the project and guaranteed by Trane U.S. Inc.
