CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING THE METHOD OF DISPOSITION (PUBLIC AUCTION OR NEGOTIATED SALE) FOR DELINQUENT TAX PROPERTIES OWNED BY KNOX COUNTY; APPROVING THE SALE OF THE PROPERTIES FOR LESS THAN TAXES OWED PURSUANT TO TENN. CODE ANN. § 67-5-2507 AND 2508; AND FIXING THE OFFERING PRICE OF THE PROPERTIES:
