Substitute motion to approve the Request of Randy Guignard / Café International LLC for rezoning from I (Industrial) / RB (General Residential) / F (Floodway) to PR (Planned Residential) / F (Floodway) at 2.51 dwelling units per acre as outlined in Planning Commission’s Recommendation: APPROVE PR (Planned Residential) zoning with a density of 2.51 dwelling units per acre because it is consistent with the North City Sector Plan’s LDR (Low Density Residential) designation, and retain the F (Floodway Overlay District).
