Approve agreement for sale of property for Pleasant Ridge Road Widening.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Agreement of Sale with the City of Knoxville in the amount of $48,755.00 for the City’s purchase of approximately 0.185 acres of fee simple title and a temporary construction easement on property located at 8511 Pleasant Ridge Road and Right of Entry for the City’s Pleasant Ridge Road Widening project.
