Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with Certica Solutions, Inc. through a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement from the City of Kingsport for a customized benchmark assessment program for the term of July 1, 2021 through September 15, 2025 at a cost of $675,745.00.
