Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Agreement for Professional Services with Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $105,880.00 for right-of-way acquisition services for intersection improvements at Clinton Highway and West Beaver Creek Drive.
