Approve contract with TN Dept. of Mental Health for misdemeanor evaluations.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with the State of Tennessee, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services for the purpose of establishing rates for payment by Knox County to the State for court ordered evaluations and treatment for defendants charged only with misdemeanor crimes for the period beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022.
