Amend Merit System regarding Council meeting conduct (first reading).
Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending Knox County Code, Chapter 42, Article II, Division 2 entitled “Employees’ Merit System” to establish requirements for the conduct of Merit System Council meetings in Section 42-54 (amending Ordinance O-90-9-111, adopted September 10, 1990).
