On August 23, 2021, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amendments to the agenda”.
Withdraw Item #66 - 7-C-21-SP - Request of Homestead Land Holdings, LLC for Northwest County Sector Plan Amendment from AG (Agricultural) and HP (Hillside Protection) to LDR (Low Density Residential) and HP (Hillside Protection). Property located at 0 and 11902 Hardin Valley Road / Parcel ID 129 12607 and 116 07002, Commission District 6. Planning Commission Action: APPROVE Northwest County Sector Plan amendment to RR (Rural Residential) and HP (Hillside Protection) because it is consistent with the Growth Policy Plan, by a vote of 11-0.
