On August 23, 2021, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amendments to the agenda”.
Withdraw Item #67 - F-21-RZ - Request of Homestead Land Holdings, LLC for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to PR (Planned Residential) up to 2 dwelling units per acre. Property located at 0 and 11902 Hardin Valley Road / Parcel ID 129 12607 and 116 07002, Commission District 6. Planning Commission Recommendation: APPROVE PR (Planned Residential) zoning up to 2 dwelling units per acre consistent with the Growth Policy Plan, by a vote of 11-0.
