CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT #9 TO THE LEASE WITH SAMUEL J. FURROW FOR SPACE LOCATED AT 1800 NORTH CHERRY STREET FOR THE KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVES TO PRISON PROGRAM (CAPP), WHICH AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE LEASE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR, BEGINNING JULY 1, 2021 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2022, WITH THE MONTHLY RENTAL AMOUNT REMAINING AT $4,245.00:
