CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF KNOXVILLE FOR UTILITY FEATURES, INCLUDING A GENERATOR AND A GARBAGE COMPACTOR, LOCATED IN THE STRONG STREET ALLEY FOR THE TVA EAST TOWER AND AN AIR RIGHTS EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF KNOXVILLE FOR A PEDESTRIAN STRUCTURE ACROSS THE STRONG STREET ALLEY FOR ENHANCED ACCESS TO THE TVA EAST TOWER:
