CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 7 TO THE ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN KGIS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS RESEARCH INSTITUTE, INC. (ESRI) FOR ESRI SOFTWARE, DATA, WEB SERVICES, AND DOCUMENTATION, WHICH AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS TO AND INCLUDING AUGUST 2, 2024 AT A COST OF $1,086,000.00:

(ESRI) for ESRI software, data, web services, and documentation, which amendment extends the term of the Agreement for a period of three (3) years to and including August 2, 2024 at a cost of $1,086,000.00.
