Property located at 8819 Rutledge Pike / Parcel ID 42 029, Commission District 8. Planning Commission Recommendation: DENY CA (General Business) zoning because it is not consistent with the Northeast County Sector Plan designation and could cause adverse impacts for neighboring residential properties.
