CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH GOODWILL INDUSTRIES KNOXVILLE, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITY BASED WORK ADJUSTMENT TRAINING FOR THE TERM OF OCTOBER 1, 2021 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2022, WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS, NOT TO EXCEED AN ANNUAL COST OF $43,200.00
