CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A SIGN LOCATION LEASE AND MEMORANDUM OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE LAMAR COMPANIES FOR THE RENEWAL OF A LEASE OF A BILLBOARD LOCATED ON KNOX COUNTY PROPERTY AT 4630 ASHEVILLE HIGHWAY WITH KNOX COUNTY TO RECEIVE RENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $250.00 PER MONTH ($3,000.00 ANNUALLY) FOR A TERM OF TEN (10) YEARS WITH AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE LAMAR COMPANIES:
