Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the Seventh Amendment to Contract Number 12-500 with Rural Metro of Tennessee, L.P. to provide medial ambulance services in Knox County, which amendment deletes and replaces the definition of “ALS First Responder” and adds the definition “Quick Response Vehicle”.
