Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving agreements for the use of the Omnia Partners (formerly known as the Cooperative Purchasing Network/Region 4 ESC), Minnesota Multi-State Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP), and Sourcewell cooperative purchasing programs as allowed under the CARES Act with approval of the local legislative body.
