Amend agenda to add four items: contract, resignation/appointment, zoning ordinance amendments, economic impact plan.

AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: 1. Commissioner Biggs moved to amend the agenda to add the following items: Item #44 - Resolution R-22-5-904 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Independent Contractor Agreement with Hawes Forensic Consulting, PLC to provide forensic pathology services for the Knox County Regional Forensic Center; Item #60 - Spread of Record the Knox County Mayor’s acceptance of Bill Keeler’s resignation from the Knox County Board of Equalization and appointment of James Thompson to complete the unfulfilled term of Bill Keeler as a member of the Board of Equalization pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 67-1-401(b), which term expires April 30, 2024; Item #61 - Resolution R-22-5-903 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, requesting the Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission to recommend amendments to the Knox County Zoning Ordinance to provide for use on review appeals to a court of competent jurisdiction; Item #62 - Resolution R-22-5-905 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Economic Impact Plan submitted by the Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox in connection with a multi-use development bounded by Kingston Pike and Concord Road in Knox County to be known as the Biddle Farms Farragut Project.

On May 23, 2022, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to add four items: contract, resignation/appointment, zoning ordinance amendments, economic impact plan.” by a vote of 11–0.
