CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY IN THE AMOUNT OF $83,000.00 WITH $49,800.00 PROVIDED BY KNOX COUNTY AND $33,200.00 PROVIDED BY THE U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY FOR THE OPERATION OF STREAM GAGING STATIONS IN KNOX COUNTY FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2022 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2023 – R-22-5-401:
