CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO TO CONTRACT NUMBER 21-301 WITH SEEED, INC. TO PROVIDE TREASURY EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE FUNDS FOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE AWARD AMOUNT FROM $100,000.00 TO $175,000.00 (FEDERALLY FUNDED THROUGH TREASURY ERA PROGRAM FUNDS) - R-22-5-506:
