Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) for $389,100.00 in pass-through grant funds provided under the State Homeland Security Program of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for the purchase of equipment and the provision of training for first responders in Knox County and the fifteen (15) surrounding counties within Tennessee Homeland Security District 2 (no local match required) - R-26-6-504:
